Perpetual Motion Machine

New preliminary drawing for a private commission on the theme of a Perpetual Motion Machine. An exciting challenge hitting multiple principles of design in this - asymmetry, repetition, harmony of shapes, scale contrast, arabesques, concentric lines, chords, mass lighting, and parallel lines. These are just a few of the issues I address in my Principles of Drawing lectures.
